When we were looking for a distinct name for our business, we were inspired by businesses such as Blue Sky Frog and Quiksilver. We needed a name that people would not easily forget.
Our own inspiration was found in the backyard in Innisfail - a healthy, tall mango tree (before Cyclone Yasi). Beautiful to look at, this tree used to produce loads of fruit each mango season. However as the fruit grew to a decent size, it would turn a brown "rusty" colour and fall off to rot on the ground.
Hence, Rusty Mango Design was born.
Who is Rusty Mango Design?
RMD is owned and run by Greg and Liz Provians from Innisfail in Tropical North Queensland.
